Who we are

Professional standards applied to personal circumstances

Families preparing to send a student abroad are usually asked, for the first time in their lives, to present their finances in a formal, verifiable structure. Bank balances must be explained. Income must reconcile with filed returns. Assets must be valued and evidenced. Most families have the means; what they lack is the documentation discipline.

Mashiat International exists to provide that discipline. Our consultants come from audit, banking, taxation and corporate compliance backgrounds, and apply the same standards of evidence to a sponsor's net worth statement as they would to a set of statutory accounts.

Alongside our student visa work, the firm serves businesses and individuals across Bangladesh with tax and VAT consultancy, accounting, company incorporation, RJSC filings, licensing, valuation and legal support.

Evidence before assertion

Nothing is certified unless a document supports it. Where evidence is missing, we say so rather than soften the statement.

Clarity about our role

We prepare and review documentation. We do not promise outcomes, and we correct any expectation that we can influence a decision.

Sponsors treated as clients

Most of the financial evidence rests with the sponsor. Their records, filings and business affairs receive the same professional attention.

Confidentiality as standard

Financial and family information is handled under professional confidentiality obligations and shared only where you direct.
