Service overview

What this service actually covers

A student visa application asks a family to demonstrate, on paper, that the cost of study can be met and that the money is legitimately theirs. That means more than a bank balance: it means a consistent set of documents in which income, assets, tax filings and account activity all support one another.

We take responsibility for that document set from end to end ??? assessing your position against the published requirements, preparing the certifications we are qualified to issue, guiding you on documents your bank or employer must provide, and reviewing the completed file line by line before submission.

Who this is for

Students, sponsors and families at any stage

Whether your deadline is weeks or a year away, the starting point is the same: an honest assessment of where the financial position stands today.

Students with an offer in hand

You have an admission or conditional offer and need the financial evidence organised before the visa application window opens.

Parents and family sponsors

You are funding the study and need your income, assets and source of funds documented in a form an assessing officer can verify

Self-employed and business sponsors

Your income comes from a business, so trade licences, company records, filed returns and accounts must reconcile with your bank activity.

Four areas of support, from first assessment to final review

Most applications are weakened by documentation gaps rather than insufficient funds. Each service below closes a specific gap.

How we work

A six-step path from first conversation to an application-ready file

Each step has a defined output, so you always know what has been completed and what remains.

  1. Initial Consultation

We discuss the student's destination, intended intake, course cost and who will be funding the study. No documents are needed for this first conversation.

  2. Financial Assessment

We review available funds, income sources and assets against the financial evidence requirements published for your destination and institution.

  3. Document Planning

You receive a written plan listing every document required, who must obtain it, the format it must be issued in and the order of preparation.

  4. Preparation & Certification

Our team prepares net worth statements, valuation reports, tax filings and CA reports, and guides you on documents your bank or employer must issue.

Why it matters

Why proper financial documentation matters

Applications are rarely refused because a family cannot afford the course. They are questioned because the paperwork does not explain the money clearly.

Start with an assessment
  • Unexplained funds invite questions

A balance that appears shortly before an application, without a documented origin, is the most common reason a financial file attracts further enquiry.

  • Inconsistency undermines credibility

A name spelled two ways, a figure that does not reconcile, or a certificate dated outside the acceptable window can weaken an otherwise strong file.

  • Timing cannot be recovered

Maturity periods, transaction history and filing records accumulate over months. They cannot be assembled in the final weeks before a deadline.
